Warehouse Supervisor
Austin, TX | Day Shift | Wednesday–Saturday | $58,795.61–$70,000 Target Hiring Range

E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team in Austin. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, safety, and building a positive warehouse culture.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including labor management, staffing, scheduling, and productivity performance. You will help ensure the team meets operational goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This position also plays an important role in training, coaching, and developing employees to improve performance, support retention, and build a strong team culture.

The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for supporting compliance with food safety and audit standards, including HACCP and FSMA, while reinforcing safe work practices and company expectations throughout the operation. Success in this role requires strong communication, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Day shift
4-day workweek
Wednesday through Saturday

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Basic math skills

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must be able to pass a physical exam, drug screen, and background check

Preferred:

• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics

• Truck driving background

• Certifications in logistics or warehouse operations

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly

• Push/pull up to 300 lbs using a dolly or drag hook

• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift

Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $58,795.61 to $70,000.00 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 12, with a full pay range of $58,795.61 to $82,444.55. Final pay will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.
