E.A. Sween is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Lewisville, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, supports teammates, solves problems, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
For most of the year, you will support daily warehouse operations, help coordinate workflow, train associates, maintain safety and quality standards, and step into warehouse functions as needed.
Once per year, you will complete a planned 3-month overnight rotation from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. During this rotation, approximately 85–90% of your work will focus on receiving and inventory, including scanning incoming products into the system and verifying accuracy. This overnight assignment requires strong independence, attendance, and follow-through.
PAY & SCHEDULE
• $21.85 per hour
• Fixed 4-day workweek
• One planned 3-month overnight rotation per year
• Overnight rotation hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Overtime opportunities available
• Full-time, consistent work
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Help coordinate daily warehouse workflow and priorities
• Support task assignments and keep operations moving
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates
• Assist with receiving, staging, inventory, pricing, and product dating
• Monitor accuracy, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Communicate daily progress and issues to warehouse leadership
• Identify problems and help resolve them quickly
• Step into warehouse functions as needed
• During the overnight rotation, receive incoming products, scan items into the system, verify counts, and support inventory accuracy
WHAT YOU NEED

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to train, guide, and support others
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on schedule
• Ability to complete one 3-month overnight rotation annually
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Receiving or inventory experience
• Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
• Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 35°F to 75°F
• Repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 250 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and reaching
