E.A. Sween is hiring experienced Class A or B CDL Route Delivery Drivers to deliver fresh food products to convenience stores on established overnight routes. Join a family-oriented company that values hardworking, dependable employees.

This is a physically active delivery job. You will load your truck, unload products, and make multiple deliveries throughout your shift.

Schedule

• Generally 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., until the route is complete

• Finish times vary based on route completion

• Nights, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24–28-foot straight box truck.

• Deliver fresh food products accurately and on time.

• Load your truck, verify order counts, and complete required paperwork.

• Unload and move products using a four-wheel dolly.

• Provide professional, friendly customer service.

• Work in warehouse temperatures of approximately 38–70°F and varying outdoor weather conditions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL

• At least 21 years old

• At least six months of route delivery driving and box truck backing experience, including physically demanding work

• Motor vehicle record that meets company guidelines

• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check

• Ability to speak and understand English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced overnight environment

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds

• Push and pull up to 300 pounds of product using a four-wheel dolly

• Frequently bend, kneel, squat, turn, and reach above shoulder height, at waist level, and to the floor

• Load and unload your truck throughout the shift
