Compensation: $64,000-$68,000 yearly
Schedule: 4-day work week.
Role Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for keeping the warehouse operating at or below budget, overseeing warehouse activities, including hiring, training and vendor reporting
Essential Competencies of the Role (3 – 6 Primary Areas):

- Manage labor hours, productivity, and compliance to KPI and operational standards.
- Maintain HACCP, FESMA, and Best Practice qualifications and ensure audit compliance.
- Train, develop, and retain all warehouse personnel within company guidelines and best practices.
- Create balance and sustain our “We” will win as one mentality, in all facets of the company’s purpose, spirit, and vision.
- Work directly with Human Resources to develop and retain associates through training and leadership programs.
- Ensure all warehouse personnel successfully complete Safety Training Programs and operate in a safe and clean working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in distribution and picking systems preferred.
- 2 year previous leadership experienced required
- Basic Math Skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen and a criminal background check.
- Must be able to be on call 24/7, work nights, weekends, holidays and extra hours as needed to support the 24/7 business operation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualification (if Applicable):
- Bilingual- a plus.
- Logistics/distribution certification preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. of product using a four-wheel dolly and/ or drag hook.
- Ability to stand, bend, turn, twist, reach, pull and push.
